- How do I schedule services?
All customers are set up on regularly scheduled services when they begin working with us. We will notify you of the date for delivery of your containers and then send you a service schedule so that you will have a record of when we will service your account.
- What do I do if I need to change the frequency of my service schedule?
Just call our customer service and tell them what you would like your new schedule to be. There is no penalty or fees to change the frequency of your service.
- How can I witness my materials being shredded?
Call or email us to schedule either a witness over the Internet or in person.
- When will I receive my Destruction documentation?
All materials are shredded within 48 hours of receipt. Once the documents are shredded a destruction document is mailed.
- Do you only shred in San Francisco?
No. We are a Bay Area Company; we provide services in the East Bay, Peninsula, South Bay and Marin.
- Do you shred anything other than paper?
Yes we do. We are capable of shredding CD's, DVD's, multimedia tapes and discs, VCR tapes and much more. Please call the operations manager if you have any questions.
- Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes. Call us (415) 621-6200 and they will set you up with either a one time charge are an automatic monthly charge.
